SpOArt is an artistic, cultural and sporting project supported by the Académie de Créteil, bringing together nearly 450 students for an immersive journey along the Ourcq and Saint-Denis canals. Conceived as a sensitive crossing between art and sport, the day offers a succession of workshops and experiments in which gesture, body and gaze become fields for creative exploration. Students experiment with different forms of expression – visual, sonic and performative – while developing their ability to observe, feel
and interpret their environment.
Drawing on a network of committed cultural partners, the project is part of a dynamic urban exploration, showcasing an area in transformation and fostering encounters between artistic practices, collective experiences and city discovery.
La Maison des Jonglages takes part in this first big day dedicated to Art and Sport, accompanying five classes from secondary schools throughout the Académie to discover and practice free-style basketball, juggling and hula hoop with guest artists. The day culminates in the EspOArt event, where the students’ creations are shared and showcased.
