This workshop focuses on the idea of relating to an object for what it is, what it offers, what it inspires us. We will explore how attention to the details of our practices can anchor the development of self-expression. We will use our "skills and our juggling brain" by trying to free them from our habits formatted by the quest for prowess, comparison, the forced will of originality...

Each day, the workshop proposes to explore the relationship to the object in 3 phases:
- body/object work with 1 ball, body shaping, elaboration of research outlines on the basis of simple exercises.
- Introduction to the manipulation of strings, focused on the research process.
- Personal exploration with juggling objects, ropes or personal objects brought.

Don't hesitate to bring several objects or materials (fabric, plastic, etc.) that you want to work with.
