The first day’s program is common to each workshop: Keys and tricks to juggle 3 balls and more, in order to progress alone, following the workshop. It aims to transmit exercises to allow participants to learn basic techniques on their own, to reflect on the importance of writing in training, and to encourage an opening to the world of juggling.
