  • Kindergarten and elementary courses, Participatory workshop

La Maison des Jonglages offers three different juggling courses for 12 classes from La Courneuve nursery and elementary schools.

[Intervenant·e·s]

As part of the PEAC (Plan d’éducation artistique et culturelle) program for schools in the town of La Courneuve, we are offering three courses for 11 classes in the town: 1. Juggling and puppetry course for very young children

The children are led to juggle both with classic or diverted objects and to manipulate puppets created during the interventions. They will learn to tell stories from the objects and experiment with their expressive properties.

2. Mini juggling courseThis course is built around the festival Rencontre des Jonglages in La Courneuve. The objective is to introduce students to the world of contemporary circus, particularly juggling, and to allow them to become familiar with a live art festival. Throughout the year, the students are involved in the creation of a juggling flash mob that is performed for other students and their families in the Fraternity Square during the Festival on Children’s Day.

3. Curious Kids Course

This course is particularly adapted to kindergarten children in order to develop their fine and global motor skills. The medium of juggling and object manipulation is particularly rich to accompany them in this development. A course of friendly and creative activities that acts on their physical and social development.
