Today, the École des Beaux-Arts provides a high level of education, over a 5-year course, which combines the founding elements of an artistic approach and the challenges of contemporary art
It offers a diversified education based on the workshop method. Three departments – artistic practices, theoretical teaching and technicalities – allow an efficient and flexible organization of work, regular consultation and the implementation of projects. In addition to the professors and workshop leaders, the School calls upon guest artists who renew and broaden the pedagogical approaches.
In addition to work in the studio, supported by technical lessons and access to equipped technical bases, there are theoretical courses, allowing various approaches to the history of the arts.
The Ensba media library offers students a wealth of documentation on art and organizes conferences, seminars and debates throughout the year.
At the same time, the School maintains prestigious collections linked to its history, publishes around ten books a year in different collections and offers exhibitions in its rooms on Quai Malaquais and in the Chapel, throughout the year.
