In this fast-paced age, our society seems to stutter more and more. The solo HAÏKU(S) is the attempt of a stutterer to come and write a haiku and then share it. Through a ceremony, Paul-Emmanuel decides to take time: the only answer to this jerky rhythm that can inhabit him. A sincere and moving universe is outlined in the lines of this poetic face-to-face between the public and Paul questioning the relationship to the world, to the body and to orality.

Cie Tourne au Sol

Founded in 2019, the Tourne Au Sol Company works around juggling and dance. Accompanied by the Cie, Paul-Emmanuel tries to find the balance between his juggling technique and his movement to transform it into a singular means of expression that characterizes him. Haikus gradually became an integral part of the creative process, as well as in the workshops offered.
