Do we always have a choice? Here the artists leave you the choice. Who do you want to see on stage? In what order will we see the show? And what are the consequences of the choices you make? Can we know how things might have turned out if another choice had been made? In a universe where the artists would be avatars of a game played by the public, the company L’Art Nak questions the importance of choice, through a show where the public has its say.

The company is formed by three artists with musical affinities, circus techniques, digital techniques and the curiosity to explore other artistic fields. Inspired by our environment and the world today, we are interested in the hybridization of our specialties. The audience also plays an important role in the creation of our show and we are interested in the role it can have, in the interactions that can be created. We believe that the audience should be an active participant and not just a spectator.

Collective creation is at the heart of our approach and one of our goals is to create pieces that can be performed with different specialties by other members of the team. The artist’s apparatus being a kind of spokesman, then the same intention could be taken in charge by a different spokesman.
