Drawing on the skills and culinary traditions of the participants/students, the artists, cooks and circus performers, propose to compose a symphony of cooking and juggling, a spectacular form appealing to all 5 senses, to be presented in the form of convivial performative meals. At the heart of this original project for artistic and cultural practices is a personalized, cross-disciplinary program that includes hands-on practice, exchange and sharing, convivial events, and high-profile performances.

The objectives of this project are:

– Promote diversity in all proposed activities
– Develop self-confidence, encourage listening and cooperation
– Designing a performance as a whole
– Developing students’ artistic sensibility and creativity
– Stimulating the desire to work together
– Encourage the strengthening of a collective identity and a foundation of shared practices
– Introduce students to the worlds of entertainment, animation and the culinary arts
