As part of the remobilization training courses organized by the ACTE/L’Escale program of the city of Bondy’s Réussite Éducative department, we are offering a week-long juggling course for young schoolchildren who have been temporarily excluded from or dropped out of school.

This workshop is an opportunity to discover the basics of a juggling workshop (warm-up, naming of objects, first manipulations of balls and other more unusual objects in solo/duo) and to discover the artistic universe of the juggler, Axel Martinez. He will teach participants playful, creative juggling, while giving them a taste for practice and improvisation as they move through space.

At the end of the course, the schoolchildren go on an outing to the CENTQUATRE in Paris.

This course will enable young people to :

Regain their self-confidence: by succeeding in progressive challenges, daring to express themselves and show what they can do in front of others.

Improve concentration and memory: by learning sequences and focusing on a precise objective.

Develop their coordination and motor skills: balance, dexterity, responsiveness, which can also help them in other activities or sports.

Strengthen social ties: by cooperating, sharing moments of laughter and relaxation, and creating acts together.

Stimulate their creativity: by inventing shapes and looking for original solutions, which can give new meaning to learning.

A workshop adapted to all levels, with no pressure to learn in a different way and get motivated while having fun.
