As an independent designer, her work focuses as much on the staging of food to which she gives form and meaning, as on the space or the event linked to its tasting. She creates thematic banquets, participates in collective exhibitions in France and Europe and leads educational culinary workshops in the Ile de France region, where she lives and works.
