In this project, the everyday is exposed and the stage functions as a reflection of personal experiences, giving the viewer the chance to see themselves represented, in both pleasant and unpleasant situations, as raw and real as in the home.
The work is a necessary and imminent invitation to encounter our intimacy. To seek a “place” where layers cease to exist, and perhaps learn to say goodbye to that which prevents primitive being from emanating and inhabiting us.
Then it’s time to dig in.
LaÖsa
LaÖsa is a Franco-Argentine circus-dance-theatre company founded by Ayelen Tejedor (AR). Primitive is the company’s first project.
The company offers a multi-disciplinary universe, where circus, dance, object manipulation, theater and cinema interact to build unstable worlds. In an environment where mystery and surrealism are present, defying the logic of time, space and states of mind to invite the spectator to travel and get lost as many times as necessary.
