LE LIEN explores human relationships through the friendship of three artists who have been close for over 25 years. The performance examines the nature of what connects us—love, friendship, and brotherhood. Driven by a sensitive artistic vision that blends movement, the manipulation of objects and materials, and kites, it reveals the invisible: those fragile threads that bind us and sustain us. A sincere and humble performance that will allow everyone to reflect on their own emotional makeup and on all those bonds that make our lives both possible and intense. A moment of shared experience that lets us feel the vital force of what connects us—sometimes without words, sometimes without reason, but always deeply.
Lapsus Company
Founded in 2010 by six circus artists, Cie Lapsus creates a sensitive, aesthetic, and socially conscious form of circus. Its demanding yet accessible productions offer powerful worlds with refined aesthetics. Following collective and multidisciplinary shows (Six Pieds sur terre, 2011; *Boutelis*, 2016), the company shifted its focus to environmental issues with *Le Chant du vertige* and *Les Grands vertiges* (2021), in collaboration with writer Pierre Ducrozet. Since then, it has chosen to place these questions at the center of its organizational structure, adopted a collegial leadership model, and worked on an ecological transition plan by joining numerous networks (Artviva, Armodo, etc.). In 2024, it developed “Ramures,” a regional project in partnership with “L’Eté de Vaour,” and is currently producing the shows “Il parait que” (2026) and “Le Lien” (2027).
