Fun exercises and activities involving various objects (peacock feathers, balloons, broomsticks, balls, hoops, etc.) allow participants to engage both their bodies and minds to improve motor coordination, balance, muscle tone, concentration, memory, and self-confidence.

A juggling workshop offers a fun time filled with camaraderie, laughter, and relaxation. This activity is tailored to each participant’s physical abilities.
