Pauvres Diables takes the form of a plea.

Using close-up magic, he questions the audience’s perception of the so-called “villains” in our fiction.

• Is it fate or chance that leads the antagonists to make the wrong choices?
• If chance can be influenced by magic, are they really guilty?

The magic tricks performed by the lawyer, played by Félix Didou, are the ideal means of rehabilitating these poor devils.

Compagnie L’Ombre

L’Ombre is a magic and circus company founded by Félix Didou in 2019.

She claims to be part of the new magic movement, questioning the role of the magician and the symbolism of effects. Theatricalized, mixing magic and juggling, it takes the audience into a quirky, everyday world.

His first show, Un Jour de Neige, was inspired by the fantastic short story, making the audience doubt what they were seeing.

Now it wants to challenge our imaginations, defending our fictional villains. In this way, L’Ombre continues its artistic exploration, pushing back the boundaries of reality and illusion.
