Cie Majordome
Born in 2017 under the impetus of Quentin BREVET, the Majordome company is based in Ain, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
Its activities focus on two areas: the creation and dissemination of circus arts shows, and artistic and cultural education, notably through circus workshops.
Why Majordome?
In 2011, Quentin co-founded Kadavresky. After more than 300 performances of L’effet escargot in France and Europe, in which he played the character of Majordome, he founded Majordome, la compagnie! Inspired by his character, he departs from it to explore its clowning aspects, mixing juggling, contemporary dance, clowning and acrobatics, with live music reproduced live.
In 2019, the company created its first show, À tiroirs ouverts. Its second show is currently being created, for release in 2027.
