Bolbol Company

Compagnie Bolbol was founded in 2020 by Roxana Küwen Arsalan. Bolbol means nightingale in Persian, but it’s also a common expression for someone who’s talkative, which reflects the company’s artistic universe: poetic but also committed in words. Roxana has been a circus artist and writer for 15 years, performing internationally in a variety of contexts, with both short acts and full-length shows.
