This course revolves around stick work and body games exploring balance, imbalance and confidence (in others, in oneself). These elements are conducive to meeting and developing a quality of presence with oneself, with others, and of listening that is essential for us.
The aim of this project is to build a space of exchange and trust between the students, and to integrate them into a process of body and circus work that recognizes their individuality and includes them, whatever their specificities.
