Matinée de la revue Jonglages: Pirst results of the InfluenceS survey
10:00 am to 12:00 pm

This year, the festival will welcome the coordinators of an online survey conducted between 2023 and 2024 among over two hundred professional jugglers working in France. Come behind the scenes and discover the first results of this study devoted to the influences that these jugglers recognize in themselves (outstanding juggling works, influential jugglers, cultural references…).

With : Olivier Caignart & Jean-Michel Guy
Moderator: Cyrille Roussial

Round table : Pain and injury among jugglers
2 pm to 3:30 pm

Presentation and discussion of an international cross-sectional survey of jugglers who completed an online questionnaire. The study covers juggling practice, demographics and lifestyle, and juggling-related injuries and pain.

An analysis of the first 110 responses already reveals that the injuries associated with juggling are linked above all to overuse, and mainly affect the upper limbs and cervical region.

With : Luc Mouthon – Professor of Internal Medicine at Université Paris Cité, Kim Martinet – Intern in General Medicine at Sorbonne Université

Presentation of juggling projects
3:45pm to 5:45pm
