Tira is a metaphorical and visual exploration of the couple and its fragility. The duo builds and deconstructs as tensions build, between strings, ropes, suspended gestures and silences. Two accomplices who turn every situation into a spicy game. They want to feel, to feel again… the new… forever… whatever it takes.
La Barque Acide
La Barque Acide is a circus collective founded in 2018 in Toulouse. It brings together artists from different backgrounds around a common operating model based on transparency, equity and shared resources: artistic, administrative, technical and distribution.
The collective defends the plurality of artistic universes within a single structure.
La Barque’s circus is multidisciplinary, offbeat, sensitive, intimate, apocalyptic and dreamlike. The collective is partnering with La Grainerie, fabrique des arts du cirque et de l’itinérance, scène conventionnée d’intérêt national, for a 3-year period from January 2025 to the end of 2027.
