Nicanor de Elia Company

Argentine choreographer Nicanor de Elia has developed a highly personal technique through research combining juggling, movement applied to the manipulation of objects, and contemporary dance. He is co-founder of a number of creative projects and of Cie NDE, notably the Collectif G.Bistaki, and Garage29, a creation and residency center in Brussels in 2010. In 2021, Juventud, a choreographed juggling manifesto, was released for the venue, featuring the same team of artists as Copyleft. Today, he is working on his next creation for the theater, which will combine acrobatics and dance, entitled El Dorado, to be released in January 2025.
