Mr. Ferrand – teacher of physics-geography, history-chemistry and civic and musical education – and Ms. Charon-Duval – teacher of French-Latin-English, physical, moral, legal and sports education and life, earth and industrial sciences, who have been substituting for 1 and 6 days respectively at Jean Moulin middle school, are in charge of today’s parent-teacher meeting in the absence of their colleagues Mr. Martinez and Ms. Perrin, both on sick leave. La Compagnie Girouette

Compagnie Girouette was born from the desire of Pauline Koutnouyan and Martin BdM to work on the crossover of artistic fields. Their first show SUR LE BANC was created in spring 2013 thanks to the Ecole de Cirque de Lyon (Ménival) and its Scène Découverte scheme. A creation for young audiences that skilfully blends music, juggling and wordless theater. In 2016, the duo Greg & Natacha (Martin BdM and Juliette Hulot) created the show CE NE SERA PAS LONG: a juggled, acrobatic and musical conference. The NOUK’S instrumental trio (Mathilde Bouillot, Pauline Koutnouyan and Hélène Manteaux) joined the Company in 2016 and created a show combining animated film, music and theatrical play: the ciné-spectacle LE BLEU DES ARBRES saw the light of day in spring 2017. A second creation by the trio, PERSÉPHONE OU LE PREMIER HIVER, an illustrated musical with cartoonist Quentin Lugnier, has been on tour since November 2021. In spring 2024, the duo Greg & Natacha present their new creation: ENSEIGNEMENTS SECONDAIRES, a juggled imposture. And finally, the NOUK’S trio’s latest creation, a musical-theatrical show entitled LA FORÊT DANS NOS TÊTES , will see the light of day in November 2025.
