We will apply various forms of juggling such as balls, clubs, hoops, bouncing balls, balancing, object manipulation, and didactic and fun juggling games in pairs and groups.

Did you know that jugglers also have a communication system called Sitewaps?
We will work around the following question: how can we progress with sitewaps, why does it exist, how is it used and where do we want to get to with this communication system between jugglers?
It doesn’t matter if you already know and want to improve the base you already have; with this workshop we will create new patterns and use them to juggle the moves, how we can change every number in this system through our body?
