"In this masterclass, I will introduce you to how I started juggling and then invite you to follow my journey to learn how to juggle. We will return to a body without objects, and then slowly move from one object to three. We will drop the "normal" juggling and focus on what else we can do with our objects and our bodies. Nothing is impossible.

We will forget the waterfall

We will use the ground a lot

We will find new ways to do tricks.

We will use as few hands as possible

We will combine our personal movements with our objects.

And last but not least, we will sweat together.

All types of items are welcome."
